Hotel Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation:
   • Guests can cancel their reservation without any charge if done 24 hours prior to check-in.
2. Late Cancellation:
   • If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s rate will be applied.
3. Cancellation by Hotel Management:
   • If the hotel management cancels the accommodation due to a violation of internal rules, guests will be required to pay for the entire reserved period, regardless of the actual length of stay.
